Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
BB Lux is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
BB Lux is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly
